Whirlpool Tower
Description
Since, Cambodia has no sky-high building. In the present time, Vattanak Tower has known as an iconic building of Phnom Penh, however, it is not tall enough to call a skyscraper. Whirlpool Tower is design in a purpose of a future symbolic skyscraper of the city. It has to be done with things and concept design to represented Cambodia. It located at the corner of Hun Sen Park and Preah Sisowat Quay. That is known as the old land of dream land.
