THE SCENARIO

DRAGONFLY has heard about the “Kingdom of Wonder”. This super hero has decided to explore it and to collaborate with

the CAMBODIA secret services.  

 

A student in architecture was in charge of finding an appropriate site in PHNOM PENH  and he had to design a two level house

for  this very special visitor.

 

 

The surrounding of this house had to be specially landscaped and the FAR  (Floor Area Ratio) couldn’t surpass 0.4
